Good Food Box Database Instructions

Welcome to the instructions for the Good Food Box database.

The database has been built to make the ordering process smoother.

The database has 13 main tables. The first contains the names of all Good Food Box customers, and the other 12 are to record payments received for each month's box.

Please read the IMPORTANT NOTE below, and beneath that are links to easy to follow instructions on how to use the database.

There is also an email link for any questions you have or problems that arise - please feel free to use it.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Customer details must be entered into the Good Food Box Customers database. Once they are entered then payments can be entered into the Payment database.

1. Check to see if the customer is in the Good Food Box Customers database. If they are not - enter their details.

2. Go to the Payment database and click on Add New to enter their payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I can't log in, what do I do?

Make sure you are typing the correct username and password. All usernames and passwords are in lower case without spaces. If you still cannot login then click on Forgot Your Password link on the sign in page, this will give you a chance to reset your password.

2. Can I change my password?

Yes you can. When you go to log in click on the Forgot Your Password link, this will give you a chance to reset your password.

3. Why do I keep having to sign in?

The database automatically logs you out after a period of inactivity. This is for security reasons.
